All products are handcrafted using natural wood and traditional techniques. Variations in wood grain, color tone, texture, carving details, and finish are inherent characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to confirmation based on availability, production capacity, and agreed specifications. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled without prior written approval.

3. Pricing

• Wholesale prices differ from public retail prices

• All prices are quoted in the agreed currency

• Prices are confidential and intended solely for approved buyers

• Prices may change without prior notice for future orders

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Wholesale orders are subject to minimum order quantities. MOQ requirements vary depending on product category, size, and customization level.

5. Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon prior to order confirmation. Production begins only after payment is received, unless otherwise stated in writing. All payments must be completed in full according to the agreed terms.

6. Production & Lead Time

Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to handcrafted processes, material availability, or order volume. Delays caused by factors beyond our control will be communicated promptly.

7. Quality Control

Each item undergoes quality inspection prior to shipment. Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations are accepted as part of the craftsmanship.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is arranged according to the agreed Incoterms (EXW, FOB, or CIF). Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

9. Risk & Responsibility

Risk transfer follows the agreed Incoterms. Responsibility for goods passes to the buyer according to the selected shipping terms.

10. Import Duties & Taxes

All import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and local charges at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Returns & Claims

Returns are not accepted for wholesale or custom orders. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within a specified period after delivery, accompanied by clear documentation and photographs.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or governmental restrictions.

13. Governing Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all wholesale and export transactions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
