How to Order
1. Inquiry
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your company profile, country of destination, and estimated order quantity. Trade partners such as galleries, boutiques, and interior studios are kindly requested to include their business background.
2. Catalog & Pricing
Upon approval, we will share our curated catalog, wholesale pricing, and trade terms. All pricing information is confidential and provided exclusively to approved partners.
3. Order Confirmation
Once product selection and quantities are confirmed, we will issue a formal quotation including production timeline, packaging details, and selected Incoterms.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to production. Production commences upon receipt of payment unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Production
Each piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans. Lead times vary depending on collection, order volume, and level of customization.
6. Quality Control
All items undergo thorough inspection to ensure consistency in quality and craftsmanship prior to dispatch.
7. Shipping & Incoterms
International orders are handled according to the agreed Incoterms:
EXW (Ex Works)
Goods are made available at our workshop. The buyer is responsible for all transportation, export procedures, and associated costs from origin.FOB (Free On Board)
We deliver the goods to the designated port of departure. Export clearance is handled by us. Risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are loaded onto the vessel.CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight)
We arrange ocean freight and insurance to the destination port. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance at destination remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping costs, delivery timelines, and documentation will be confirmed prior to dispatch.
